Precision Tubing
Precision Tubing
A.T. Wall’s tube-drawing capability hasn’t stood still. Each generation has added a new material, a new tolerance, a new shape — building outward from cold-drawn tube work into a capability broad enough to take on almost any precision tubing challenge an engineer brings us.
One Process, Every Material
A.T. Wall draws precision tubing across a range of alloys, each suited to a different class of application:
Precious Metals
Fine Silver, Coin Silver, and Sterling Silver — the material A.T. Wall was founded on in 1886, still drawn to the same precision standard today.
Glass-to-Metal Alloys
Kovar-type Nickel-Iron-Cobalt alloys engineered to match the expansion rate of glass — built for electronics sealing applications.
General Engineering Alloys
Standard industrial and mechanical alloys for structural, fluid-handling, and general fabrication applications.
Select specialty alloys — including tantalum and beryllium copper — remain available for qualifying applications. Contact us to discuss whether your requirement is a fit.
