ERP System Deployment

At ATW Companies, our vision is to be a world class producer of specialty engineered metal products and services for a wide range of applications. We constantly seek and incorporate that which supports this vision and enhances our group companies' value proposition in the markets we serve. 

As the business has grown over the years, so too have the complexities therein. All the while, the standards by which we are measured have become higher. The standards to which we hold ourselves are higher still - we seek perfection.

To this end we have invested a significant amount of our resources in everything from state-of-the-art production and metrology equipment to software, from training to acquisitions.

Recently, a year's worth of significant effort by everyone at ATW has culminated in the succesful migration of our information and processes to Epicor's Vantage Enterpirise ERP System. Aside from the obvious benefits associated with deploying a system as robust, failsafe, and scaleable as Vantage, we benefitted greatly from the actual deployment process itself. We forced ourselves to rethink some of how and why we do what we do in both the factory and the office. As a result we are more market,  customer driven and focused on all of those things that impact the overall cost to our customers.  

We see this as a start of a journey which will enable us to work seamlessly with our customers as a strategic resource and partner.
